Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR SIZES : –

We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However, if you still want to swap your pairs for another size then you may return them at Lead Walk head office Karachi for address details, please inbox or DM on our Facebook or Instagram page to connect with our Customer Service Representative. You have to connect with our team within 30 Days in its original box packing. Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice as well. You may also mail us on leadwalkofficial@gmail.com for the same. We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.
The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only.

CUSTOMISED ORDERS : –

We don’t entertain returns or exchanges on customized orders, Payments are required in advance for the customized orders.
Cash on delivery is available all over Pakistan, we charge PKR 200 on the total order. Maximum Limit by PKR 10,000.
Orders above PKR 10,000 are to be paid in 50% advance.
Pairs bought on SALE price will not be exchanged or returned.
